ORANGE YOU GLAD I DECIDED TO WHIP UP AN OLD FASHIONED

  • 2 oz Bull Run Carlton Straight Rye Whiskey
  • .5 oz Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry Infused Vodka
  • 1 oz Fortside Orange Whip Hazy IPA

Dash Girl Meets Dirt Barrel Aged Old Dames Orchard Tree Bitters

Build in a bucket over a large rock. Stir. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.


QUITE POSSIBLY THE PERFECT GIN AND TONIC

  • 1.5 oz Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Infused Gin
  • .5 oz Pampleau Vin de Pamplemousse
  • .25 oz Cynar Ricetta Originale
  • .5 oz Portland Syrups Rose City Tonic
  • 3 oz SeekOut Cucumber + Juniper Hard Seltzer

Build in a bucket. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with a cucumber peel.

  • 1.5 oz Trail Trillium Pink Pinot Gin
  • .75 oz Lakewood Organic Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz black pepper simple syrup
  • 1 oz Simple Truth Organic Liquid Egg Whites

10 muddled raspberries

Muddle raspberries. Add all ingredients except egg whites and shake. Strain ice. Dry shake ingredients with egg whites. Serve in a coupe glass with a raspberry garnish.
