Bartender Jon Davidson shares these recipes:

THE GRAPERICOT

  • 1 oz Nebula9 Kool Grape Vodka
  • 1 oz Stone Barn Apricot Liqueur
  • 2 oz R.W. Knudson's Apricot Nectar
  • 2 oz Brew Dr. Harvest Kombucha

Build and serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Garnish with red or Concord grapes.

PISQIWI

  • 1.5 oz Vivacity P'isqu
  • 1 oz Clear Creek Pear Liqueur
  • 2 oz Silk Road Pear Mint Mediterranean Refresher
  • 1 kiwi

Muddle kiwi. Add rocks and build in a pint glass. Shake and serve in a Collins glass.

PUNCH? WINE NOT?

  • 1 oz Oregon Spirit Distilling Pink Gin
  • 1 oz Stone Barn Cranberry Liqueur
  • .5 oz black pepper simple syrup
  • 3 oz Underwood Pinot Noir
  • 2 oz Santa Cruz Organic Cranberry Nectar

Build on the rocks in a wine glass.
