Sandra's Chicken Casserole


Chicken Casserole

  • 1lb chopped *chicken breast or thighs (more if you like)
  • 12 oz. Cooked Pasta (elbow macaroni or egg noodles)
  • 1 sm. Onion chopped
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery chopped
  • 1/2 c each red, green and yellow bell peppers
  • 1 sm. can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (parmesan, Monterey jack or cheddar)

Add to taste:

  • Seasoning salt
  • Pepper
  • Granulated garlic
  • Ranch seasoning

In a medium bowl add chicken, pasta, onions, peppers and celery, 1/2 c cheese

Mix together: mushroom soup, alfredo sauce and 1/2 milk together. Add to chicken mixture. Season to taste. Put in medium casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes until brown. Serve with French bread.

*Substitute 2-3 cans of tuna and use cream of mushroom soup
