Spring Break Cocktails

SOUTH PADRE SANGRIA

  • 1 oz Divine Distillers Watermelon Brandy
  • 2 oz Underwood Pinot Gris
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4 cubes of watermelon

Muddle watermelon. Add ingredients and shake. Serve on the rocks in a wine glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.

PICKLED STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

  • 1 oz Divine Distillers Agave Spirit
  • 1 oz Vinn Strawberry Liqueur
  • .75 oz Sweet Creek Foods Organic Dill Pickle juice
  • .25 oz Lakewood Organic Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Columbia Gorge Organic Strawberry Super C

Shake and serve up in a coupe glass with a dill rim. Garnish with a strawberry.

A LITTLE PALOMA GOSE BERRY LONG WAY

  • .75 oz Primario Mezcal Joven
  • .75 oz Pampleau Vin de Pamplemousse
  • .5 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz Ex Novo Marryin' Berries Gose
  • 2 oz Columbia Gorge Organic Grapefruit Juice

Serve on the rocks in a Collins glass with a cajun salted rim. Garnish with a lime wheel.
