4 tips to reconnect to your sexual self during the postpartum period:

1 - Connect with your physical body in a non-sexual way

2 - Take care of your friendship with you partner and have explicit conversations about what you're both needing to feel physically connected to each other

3 - Focus on "outercourse"

4 - Don't fall into the "compare and despair" trap
