2 boxes packaged stuffing (Like Stove Top)
1 large bag of seasoned bread cubes for stuffing from scratch
2 boxes chicken broth
1 large yellow onion diced
1 bunch celery sliced
4 cans sliced black olives
4 cans sliced mushrooms
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 cubes butter
2 chubs pork sausage (spicy )
Prepare the two boxes of packaged stuffing, add the additional seasoned bread crumbs and butter and 1 box of chicken broth.
Dice onion and celery, add to bread crumbs mixture. Add canned olives and mushrooms (drained). Drain and dice water chestnuts, add.
Brown sausage, drain and add.
Mix all together, if needed, add more chicken broth.
Bake at @350 for 40 minutes.
