National Night Out is the first Tuesday in August--August 7 this year. It has been celebrated since 1983, with the goal of strengthening communities and neighborhoods. When neighbors get to know each other, they create a safer and more connected community. Many neighborhoods choose this night to block off their street and have a party. Dr. Nathan Engle, PsyD, a psychologist with Providence Medical Group, joined us to talk about building a community and the benefits of getting to know your neighbors.
