She didn't just have a sweet-tooth, she says she was addicted to sugar. Siobhan Harris joined us to share the journey she took to eliminate ALL sugar from her diet. Not only that, she eliminated flour too. Siobhan says she made a commitment in January of 2018 to stop eating sugar, but it took her about five months to completely eliminate the cravings. In the past year, Siobhan says she has seen many positive changes, including weight loss, better sleep and more energy, but she says the most amazing thing is the freedom she now experience from no longer being stuck in the destructive diet/binge cycle and beating herself up with negative thoughts.
