Eat A Healthy Breakfast

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! Registered Dietitian Jessie Erwin, RD, LD, joined us with a few reasons to make breakfast a priority-- it's good for your waistline, good for your heart health and good for your brain! She says to aim to eat 300-400 calories with a good boost of protein, fiber and healthy fat! To help us do that, she also shared a great recipe to make breakfast quick and easy!
