1.5 oz Shine Cascadian Blue Agave Spirit
2 oz Columbia Gorge Organic Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz Portland Syrups Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
1 oz soda water
1 oz Hibisbloom Cascade Vanilla Hibiscus Flower Drink
Jacobsen Salt Co. Habanero Salt
Rim a Collins glass with Habanero Salt. Add first four ingredients over rocks. Stir. Float Hibisbloom. Garnish with two dehydrated grapefruit wedges.

2 oz Dregs Vodka
2 oz Ex Novo Cactus Wins The Lottery Prickly Pear Berliner Weisse
2 oz Newman's Own Virgin Limeade
2 oz Clean Cause Berry Mint Sparkling Yerba Mate
Build and serve on the rocks in a Mason jar. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and a mint leaf.
HEART OF GOLD
1.5 oz Oregon Spirit Distillers Double Oaked Golden Rum
.5 oz New Deal Cascadia Liqueur
2 oz The Cocktail Experiment Fig + Honey Syrup
.25 oz O California Honey White Balsamic Vinegar
.25 oz Lakewood Organic Pure Lemon Juice
Shake, strain and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a piece of honeycomb.
