(RIGHT TO FREEZE PEACH)
2 oz Wild Roots Peach Vodka
.5 oz Som Ginger Cane Vinegar Cordial
3 oz Shrub Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic Soda
Dash vanilla extract
Fill Collins glass with frozen peach slices. Add remaining ingredients.
2 oz Broken Top Straight Bourbon Whiskey
.1 oz Laphroaig 10 Year Single Malt Scotch
.75 oz Portland Syrups Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
.25 oz Bitter Truth Peach Bitters
Build in a bucket glass over a large rock. Garnish with two grilled peach slices.
PEACHES AND SCREAM
1.5 oz Marcotte Sweet Peach Whiskey
1 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur
1 oz Marcotte Reece's French Vanilla Sweet Cream
1 oz half & half
.25 oz Silagy Smokin' Habanero Sauce
Jacobsen Salt Co. Habanero Salt
Rim a coupe glass with habanero salt. Shake and strain remaining ingredients into glass. Garnish with a peach slice.
