Man accused of groping women re-arrested

WILSONVILLE, Ore. - Police re-arrested Wednesday morning a man who they say groped three women at a park and an apartment complex.

Ian Billow, 28, was first arrested Sunday and faced charges including three counts of sex abuse (3rd degree) and three counts of harassment. He was released Tuesday evening.

Police arrested him again at his job in Wilsonville at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday after they learned of three more victims, they say. They say incidents involving those victims happened at apartment complexes in Tualatin and Tigard, starting from the summer until just recently.

Police say Billow now faces three more counts of third-degree sex abuse and three more counts of harassment.

He's in the Washington County Jail.

Police say there could be more victims in Wilsonville, Tigard, Tualatin and other nearby areas.

Police want any other victims or anyone who has information about this case to call Detective Jill Chapman at 503-691-4842.
