SHERIDAN, Ore. Fire officials say icy conditions may be to blame for a three-vehicle crash on Highway 18 that sent 6 people to the hospital on Saturday night.

According to officials, three drivers crashed near the Gopher Valley Road intersection just outside Sheridan.

One person had to be airlifted to the hospital and may not survive their injuries.

Oregon State Police say impaired driving may also be a factor, but the cause is still under investigation.
