Deputies find Clackamas County woman with dementia days after she goes missing

UPDATE: Deputies announced Monday that they have located the missing woman safe. They would like to thank everyone who helped them in the search by spreading the word about her disappearance.


PORTLAND, Ore. – The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing woman.

According to the sheriff’s office, Teresita “Tess” Layud Hogsed was last seen around 2 p.m. Thursday walking away from her home in the 7900 block of Southeast Glencoe Road.

Investigators say Hogsed has dementia and has taken TriMet buses in the past.

Anyone who sees Hogsed should call 911.
