Residents in a Southeast Portland neighborhood suspected there was drug activity going on at a house on their street, so they called police.

Because of their investigation that began June 21, police arrested two men Tuesday, and they said they seized heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine from the home in the 3100 block of Southeast 21st Avenue.

Police took 42-year-old Dustin J. Fink and 43-year-old Carlo J. Celestine to the Multnomah County Jail.

Police said Fink was wanted for a previous conviction of delivery of Heroin, and they said Celestine violated his parole after being convicted of possessing methamphetamine.

Police said they’re still investigating the case and want to hear from anyone who has more information about the suspects or the home.
