PORTLAND, Ore. – Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward for information that helps identify suspects in an arson and theft investigation in Portland.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon says the incident occurred on Nov. 2 at 9:47 p.m. at the Cascade Station Ross Dress for Less. Portland police responded to a report of fire and theft at the store.

When officers and firefighters arrived, they learned someone had set two fires in the store and then walked out with several hundred dollars’ worth of stolen merchandise. Witnesses said a second suspect in the store helped with the theft by driving the getaway vehicle.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon says the suspect who set the fires and stole merchandise is described as a black woman who was wearing a camouflage jacket, green pants, leather work boots, a light-colored jacket and was carrying a backpack at the time of the crime.

The suspect driver is described as a black woman. At the time, she was wearing blue jeans, a purple top, a gray sweater and had blond hair.

The suspect vehicle is a blue, mid-sized, four-door vehicle.

Surveillance video recorded the suspects entering the store.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 cash for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime and tipsters can remain anonymous.
