Deputies respond to help woman in mental health crisis in Fairview
Multnomah County sheriff's deputies were called out to a Fairview home Sunday afternoon on reports of a woman in a mental health crisis.
The incident was first reported about 12:50 p.m. near NE 206th Place and Sandy Boulevard.
Police closed down the surrounding streets and are asking people to avoid the area. Crisis negotiation teams are talking with the woman.
No word from officials on what led up to the incident.
