Deputies search for armed robbery suspect in Lake Oswego

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – Deputies are investigating an armed robbery in Lake Oswego Tuesday morning.

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office responded to the reported robbery at the Jacksons Food Stores on Bangy Road shortly before 4 a.m.

Deputies say the suspect walked into the store, pointed a gun in the clerk’s face and demanded cash. Then, he took off.

The clerk is shaken, but was not injured.

Investigators say the suspect was wearing a mask at the time. They plan to watch surveillance video to get a better look at him.

The Hillsboro Police Department brought a K-9 to track the suspect, but could not find him.
