Drivers injured in Vancouver-area crash

VANCOUVER, Wash. – Two people were injured Saturday night in a crash in Clark County.

The crash happened just before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of NE 56th Avenue and Minnehaha Street.

Initial reports state that someone driving a Honda Accord missed a stop sign and collided with a Hummer G3.

Vancouver Fire Department crews had to extricate the driver from the Honda.

Both drivers were taken to Peace Health SW Washington Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
