The Portland FBI's Child Exploitation Task Force, along with the Portland Police Bureau, served a search warrant at a downtown strip club.

The warrant was executed Wednesday at Club Rouge on SW Stark Street. It was based off an investigation by Beaverton Police into an underage minor sex trafficking case.

No other information about this case was released.

The following is a message from the FBI:

This search warrant is part of an ongoing investigation into the sexual exploitation of minors and is a follow-on to Operation Cross Country X (10), which is a program spearheaded by the FBI and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to target the criminal enterprises responsible for the commercial sex trafficking of children. One of the goals of Operation Cross Country is to raise public awareness about the seriousness of child sexual exploitation and how it takes strong partnerships to protect young people from being trafficked.

Portland FBI's CETF consists of agents and Task Force Officers from Beaverton PD, Portland Police Bureau, Tigard PD, Hillsboro PD, and Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. The FBI's Child Exploitation Task Force is committed to locating and arresting those who prey on children, as well as recovering underage victims of sex trafficking and child pornography.
