
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. — Deputies are investigating a double homicide in Washington County. The suspected shooter is also deceased.
On Wednesday at about 9:30 p.m., deputies were called to a home in the 23800 block of Scholls Ferry Road, which is at the intersection of Scholls Ferry and Scholls-Sherwood Road.
Two deceased victims were located.
Deputies said they found the suspect at the home suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The suspect later died at a hospital.
On Thursday, the Washington County Sheriff's Office identified the suspected shooter as46-year-old Carlos Jimenez-Vargas.

About a dozen Washington County sheriff’s vehicles were seen at the scene and as many or more deputies.
