BEAVERTON, Ore. – A jury found a man guilty of two counts of public indecency, four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of sexual abuse Friday.

Samuel Troy Burris, a registered sex offender, was arrested in November after he was accused of exposing himself inside Washington County Dollar Tree stores and touching girls.

Investigators say Burris showed his penis to a 6-year-old girl at the Dollar Tree on Northwest Cornell Road in Cedar Mill in September. Then, in October, they say he exposed himself again to 6 and 7-year-oold girls at a Dollar Tree in Aloha.

In that case, a woman was shopping for a birthday party with her two young daughters when they rushed over saying a man had inappropriately touched them.

Burris was already required to register as a sex offender after he was convicted in a 2014 case where he filmed himself having sex with his girlfriend without her knowledge of the recording.

In the fall of 2015, Burris failed to register as a sex offender in Clark County.
