OREGON CITY, Ore. – A Gresham man is facing several charges, accused of firing a gun and crashing into another vehicle before driving off from a pub in Oregon City Saturday night.

Oregon City Police first received a report at about 10 p.m. of several people fighting in the parking lot of Rodder’s Grub and Pub.

Arriving officers learned someone had fired a gun from his vehicle, crashed into another vehicle in the parking lot, and then fled down Fir Street, Oregon City Police said.

One person was taken to the hospital for injuries sustained during the fight, however, officers said no one was shot.

They say they located the suspect, 25-year-old Cole Robert Scott, at a nearby business on Fir Street. A Clackamas County Sheriff’s K9 helped officers locate the handgun used in the shooting.

Scott was booked into the Clackamas County Jail on unlawful use of a weapon, discharging a firearm within the city, hit-and-run, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Detectives want to hear from anyone else who may have seen the fight or shooting. If you have any helpful information, they want to hear from you at (503) 496-1616.
