PORTLAND, Ore. -- A 32-year-old Portland man will spend nearly 6 years in prison for secretly recording 16 adults and 10 children in a bathroom.

Joshua Muller, 32, was arrested last summer for invasion of personal privacy after police said he hid his cell phone in the bathroom to record five of his co-workers.

He was indicted again earlier this year for recording 10 kids and 16 other adults at Eyes! On Broadway on NE Broadway Street.

Monday, Muller was sentenced to 6 years in prison. He'll also have to register as a sex offender once he's released.

A spokesperson for Eyes! On Broadway released the following statement:

We are relieved to learn that the case has been resolved and justice has been served. The safety and well-being of our employees and patients are of utmost importance to us. In the interest of protecting the privacy of those who were involved, we will have no further statement on this matter.
