Police: 5-year-old boy suffered minor injuries after falling from second-story window

BEAVERTON, Ore. – A 5-year-old boy suffered minor injuries after he fell out of a second-story window in Beaverton Saturday afternoon.

Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue and Beaverton Police Department responded to the incident at 4:28 p.m. in the 3300 block of Southwest 125th Avenue.

The boy was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police say there were several kids playing near a window when the boy fell out. He is expected to survive the injuries.

The Department of Human Services is looking into the incident.
