Police seek help identifying man suspected of assaulting boy with a knife
Police are looking for a man who they say wounded a boy with a knife on a MAX platform in October.
Police say the assault happened just before 6 p.m. on Oct. 6 on the MAX platform at 162nd Avenue and Burnside Street.
Police said the man had wounded a 14-year-old boy in the neck and the hand with a knife. The boy’s injuries were not life threatening.
Police said the man was in his 30s. He was 5 feet 10 inches tall, was of medium build and had numerous facial piercings.
The man had left the scene before police arrived.
