Police: Store clerk pistol-whipped at Tigard Plaid Pantry

TIGARD, Ore. – Tigard Police responded to a report of an armed robbery at a Plaid Pantry Monday morning.

Officers were called to the convenience store on Southwest Hall Boulevard near Tigard High School around 3:30 a.m.

Police say the clerk inside the store was pistol-whipped.

They took a person of interest into custody outside the store after a K-9 officer tracked and located him.
