
PORTLAND, Ore. — Protesters gathered in both downtown Portland and on Portland's east side near the PPB North Precinct building, Portland Police said on Saturday.
Police say a group of people gathered about the building and interfered with operations of the police facility. By 9:30, they say they advised the crowd to leave to the west. That's when PPB says the crowd walked two miles to the Portland Police Association (PPA) office.
After 10:30 p.m., people broke into the building and a fire was set inside.
PPB tweeted an update shortly thereafter that the fire was out. As the crowd was being moved away from the building, police say projectiles were thrown at officers, injuring some of them.
In total, four people were arrested on Saturday night. Portland Police says the people below were arrested for the following reasons:

Police say several people also lit dumpsters on fire and used them to block North Lombard Street.
