The organizers of the Portland Taco Festival say they will offer refunds to anyone who had purchased tickets to Sunday’s event.

They canceled the second day after attendees say the event ran out of food Saturday.

The organizers released a statement Sunday morning, saying it was only one vendor who ran out of food and that they restocked within an hour.

As for Saturday, organizers are still deciding how to handle those ticketholders.

Organizers are planning to speak with KATU on Monday.
