Three people killed in Canby crash

CANBY, Ore. – Three people were killed in a crash in Canby Tuesday morning, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.

The crash occurred on Dryland Road near Barnards Road around 5:30 a.m. One vehicle crashed into a tree.

The driver of the vehicle, a woman, survived, but three others were injured. Deputies say the victims are in their 20s.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says the driver mentioned possible drug use. Deputies are also investigating the possibility of speed as a contributing factor to the crash.

Dryland Road will be closed for three to four hours while law enforcement investigates.
