PORTLAND, Ore. – A tree down across Highway 30 near the St. Johns Bridge is causing delays Tuesday morning.

The tree is blocking eastbound traffic on Northwest St. Helens Road near Northwest Harbor Boulevard.

Crews are directing eastbound traffic into westbound lanes.

The Oregon Department of Transportation says the tree took down powerlines in the area.
