VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Clark County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating a body found at the East Vancouver RV and Boat Storage facility Friday morning. They say the death is suspicious.

Officials have identified the body of the man, who they say is a client of the storage facility. They will not release his identity until they notify family.

Vancouver dispatch confirmed a deceased person was found at 1306 Northeast 172nd Avenue around 7:30 a.m.

The sheriff's office says a storage unit client arriving at the business found the body and called 911.

Deputies responded and found a man dead in the drive thru of the storage facility.

Clark County Sheriff's Office says there is no sign anyone broke in. You need a key card to open the gate, so investigators are looking to see if a client may be connected in some way.

Investigators have not yet determined the cause of death. Detectives are reviewing security footage.

The medical examiners office will conduct an autopsy.
