Water main break closes Vancouver road
VANCOUVER, Wash. – A stretch of Northeast Salmon Creek Avenue is closed Friday morning due to a water main break.
The water main break is south of Northeast 134th Avenue. It was reported Thursday around 10:30 p.m.
The break spilled thousands of gallons of water onto the roadway before crews closed the break.
Officials closed Northeast Salmon Creek Avenue between Betts Road and Salmon Creek Street. The closure may remain in place for up to a week.
Crews at the scene say the water main break is repaired, but the road will be closed all day to repair the road.
