Words With Frauds: Oregon woman played out of $137,000 in romance scam

The Federal Trade Commission reports that more than 21,000 Americans reported falling for romantic financial schemes in 2018, more than any other type of consumer fraud in terms of total reported losses, totaling $143 million in 2018.
