'No longer be soft targets': Ohio school allowing teachers to carry guns

River Valley Local School District allows teachers and staff with training to carry guns in order to make their buildings safer. One reason is the slow response times with the sheriff's office sitting 10 minutes away from the high school. (WSYX)
