PORTLAND, Ore. – After facing one of the mildest and driest winters in years, Western Oregon and Southwest Washington finally saw some serious seasonal storms.

One thing people often tease Portland about – whether it is fair or not – is that it typically doesn’t take much in the way of snow and ice to bring the city to a standstill.

To discuss this and more in this week’s edition of ‘Your Voice, Your Vote’ is Commissioner Chloe Eudaly, who oversees the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
