Oregon council finally approves Measure 110 funding in all counties

The Addiction Recovery Center Hotline is operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as required by Oregon's Ballot Measure 110 and can be accessed by calling 503-575-3769 or 541-575-3769 24/7 to schedule a free, confidential screening. (KATU)

The Miracles Club, a community recovery center in Northeast Portland, was awarded the full $213,077 it requested through the Oregon Measure 110 grant funding, according to executive director Julia Mines. (KATU)
