Noelle Forde

Noelle Forde started at KATU in June 2023 as the morning Live Desk reporter.

She comes to Portland from our sister station in Springfield, Illinois. Noelle started her career as a reporter at the station before moving into the morning anchor position.

During her time in Springfield, she reported mostly on state politics and produced and anchored a 20-minute special on Illinois’ law to eliminate cash bail.

Noelle is originally from the Bronx, New York and went to college at West Virginia University.
